COMPRESSOR-TABLE TOP BOARD ADJUSTMENT

PN: 52256B

When you replace this board you have to ad just ONLY potentiometer P2, named CURRENT
METER.
All other potentiometers are NOT TO BE TOUCHED, already Factory adjusted. If you do adjust
them you may cause board’s malfunctions or seriously damage it.
To adjust P2 (compressor strenght) you need a Dinamometer as shown on picture: with table in
horizontal position, you have to adjust P2 to have 15 Kg of compression strenght.
Follow instructions on ADJUSTMENT MANUAL, section 4.13 -1.6 (here below)
WITHOUT A DINAMOMETR AVAILABLE:

Just in case you don’t have a Dinamometer available with you, in case you are far away and you
urgently need to repair the equipment, we can tell you the following:

We checked 10 adjusted boards and we have seen that P2 adjustment is always the same.
Checking the resistor value on P2 pins, we noticed that avarage value is between 1350 and 1450
OHMS (lower value = higher compression strenght)
So you could adjust P2 at 1350 – 1450 Ohms and you should obtain a compression between 12 and
18 Kg.
Use an ohm-meter between the 2 pins shown on picture here below. The centre pin and right side
pin of potentiometer P2 are shorted, you have to use centre and left pins.
Do not forget this is NOT an official adjustment procedure and you should adjust compression
strenght as described on Adjustment manual
