1. FOOD STALLS

b. Popcorn - rent a machine(1)…If possible the vendor also
c. Sandwich – finger sandwiches
d. Ice gola/Ice creams – rent an machine(1) and a vendor
e. Mango, apple etc. Shakes – we can make them
f. Banana fry and beef roast – buy it from outside
g. Pickles
h. Soft drinks and water
i. Puffs, samosas
j. Each day buy one big cake and distribute it
k. Tea, coffee using the coffee vending machine in clg

2. GAMES

a. Ring toss – glass bottles, rewards

b. Balloon pops/darts (pump)- in some of the balloons the names of the gifts and in others
compliments, fee can be collected
c. Bottle flip challenge – plastic bottles
d. Crossbar challenge – goalpost , 2 balls(spare)
e. Online games fifa 22 on ps4/ps5
f. Spinning the wheel- one spinning wheel for dares and other spinning wheel for lottery
g. Blow balloons into paper cups, lift them up and build a tower(around 10-15 paper cups)

3. Paint tattoos – Artist can from juniors and seniors

4. Mascot – 1 costume (rent)… they will distribute chocolates, brochures and marketing the
other events

5. Fairy lights for night

6. Speakers for music

7. Open mic – for singing, rapping
8. Spot Dancing/choreography – take a video and edit it and sell it to them
