Universal Tribes was Established in 2017, ever since they are working towards the
empowerment & Upliftment of Tribal communities in India. They have skilled
artists & experienced farmers working along with them.
At universal tribes, “we are sure that you'll find the uniqueness & originality of each
product at Universal Tribes. These tribal farmers live in dense forest areas where
there is no adulteration in even water & soil, it’s as raw & pure as it used to be in the
time of agricultural evolution. And the tribal artists are the ones who have learned
the art from their parents & received it in heritage as a brilliant skill. As one of the
leading marketing internships in the world, UNIVERSAL TRIBES provides an
unparalleled learning environment for aspiring marketing professionals. However,
the current candidate experience at UNIVERSAL TRIBES leaves much to be
desired.
The goal of this paper is to explore the ways in which the candidate experience
can be improved in order to attract and retain the highest caliber of talent.
11
To improve their skills in preparation for future interviews. Second, the assessment
process should be simplified and streamlined to reduce the amount of stress and
pressure candidates experience during the process. Additionally, UNIVERSAL
TRIBES should consider adding additional support for candidates, such as offering
mentorship and providing access to resources and materials to help them prepare.
A few possible steps that can be taken to enhance the candidate experience are as follows:
By taking the above steps, UNIVERSAL TRIBES can create a positive candidate
experience, which can help them in finding the right people for the job.

13
Enhance the candidate experience and make the internship more successful.
Improve Communication
The application process can be lengthy and complicated. Streamlining the process
and making it as seamless as possible will make it easier for candidates to apply,
which will result in a better candidate experience. This can be done by providing a
clear and concise application form, as well as easy access to help and support.
Show Appreciation
It's important to show appreciation for the time and effort that candidates put into the
application process. A simple thank you note or email will help to show that you
valuethe time and effort that they have put in.
By taking these steps, you can ensure that the candidate experience at the
UNIVERSAL TRIBES Marketing Internship is positive and helpful. This will
help to draw in more and better candidates, resulting in a more successful
internship
14
First, a comprehensive and detailed job description should be created that is easy to
understand and outlines the skills and qualifications required for the role. This will
provide candidates with the information they need to decide if the role is right for
them.
Second, the recruitment process should be efficient, transparent, and consistent.
This means responding to applications in an appropriate amount of time and
providing feedback in a timely manner. It also means that the same criteria should
be used to evaluate all candidates in a fair and unbiased way.
Third, all communication should be professional and courteous. This includes giving
timely and honest updates throughout the process, being respectful of the candidate’s
time, and ensuring that any requests for information are addressed promptly.
Finally, the interview process should be structured, organized, and tailored to the
role. This includes setting the right expectations for the candidate and providing a
positive environment in which to evaluate their skills.
As companies increasingly recognize the importance of candidate experience,
UNIVERSAL TRIBES' marketing internship should strive to make the process more
seamless and rewarding. Here are some ways to expand the candidate experience:
Invest in People — Make sure that people are available to answer applicant
questions and provide feedback. Candidates should never feel like they are
being left in the dark.
15
Offer Benefits — Offer benefits to applicants for participating in the process.
This could include a reward for completing the application process or
discountson products or services related to the internship.
Overall, it is clear that there is room for improvement in the candidate experience
at UNIVERSAL TRIBES. By focusing on communication and assessment,
UNIVERSAL TRIBES can create a more positive candidate experience that will
attract and retain the highest caliber of talent.
