BRAND AWARNESS-
Brand Awareness is a measure of consumer’s brand recall and brand recognition. Evaluating and
predicting consumer behavior is required for brand management. Therefore, brand awareness is
the much-needed feedback for the existing advertising and marketing campaigns.
Further, based on the brand perception, branding strategy is tweaked. Brand Awareness dictates
customer loyalty, popularity, and sales. Customer’s perception is the deciding factor behind a
particular brand being liked, talked about, and consumed more than its substitute product in the
market.
Brand awareness strategy primarily dictates advertisements and marketing. However, for a
product to become a brand, the consumers first need to know that the product exists. If
consumers cannot even recall the product name, it indicates the ineffectiveness of the current
strategy.

created by the warli tribes from the North Sahyadri Range in Maharashtra, India. This range
encompasses cities such as Dahanu, Talasari, Jawhar, Palghar, Mokhada, and Vikramgad of the
Palghar district.

This painting shows the Peacock Scenery. Each painting is uniquely hand-painted on canvas

LEARNINGS-

we already posses.

Working in a professional setting for the first time can be difficult to get used to.But it is the best
way to learn how to navigate the working world through real-life, hands-on experience.

One of the most valuable skills we gain from an internship is the ability to speak with people in a
professional setting.\Discussions with bosses or coworkers are different from discussions with
lecturers or fellow students.

After our internship, we have a better idea of the appropriate way to behave as a professional.
This will help you a lot when you start interviewing for jobs because we are more confident and
sounder more mature and experienced in a business setting.

3.Networking is important

Don't underestimate yourself, make sure you make the most of your internship and take
advantage of all the opportunities that come with it. Also, unglue ourself from our desk every
once in a while, and get to know other interns. Not only will end up creating great memories and
making friends ,but web widen your professional network .Be proactive, and if you are invited
to work functions introduce yourself to people.

4.Taking constructive criticism well

Naturally, no one likes to be criticized and performance evaluations can be quiye, scary. we may
probably make a few mistakes and receive constructive criticism about our work from both our
colleagues and our boss.

Always remind ourself that it's not persona l.It is for our own good and growth and it will
improve the quality of our work.

5.Work hard no matter what we're doing


We always work hard even if our task is small and seems unimportant. It help to build a good
work ethic and people will notice the effort us to put in. It's not nice being told what to do all the
time, but your superiors know better. when we follow the rules and instructions they give us
makes it easier for everyone.

6.Independence

Often, we think being spoon-fed the way to learn, but working independently has proved to be
very important. My internship has thought me to make my own decisions and do things on your
own.

7.Making connections

In addition to the people who will be your references in the future, try to leave your internship
with new connections. These people can provide guidance, advice and help you in
future job seekers
CONCLUSIONS-

After getting an opportunity to do internship in this company has been a great experience was a

great honor for me to work in such company where everything is so organized and perfect. The

marketing culture that I learned from UNIVERSAL TRIBES ,is a thing to be mention especially

and adapting to it was a big challenge in such an early stage of my career. The things I learnt

from real time work experience for the first time has indeed been a privilege. Being actively

involved in tbe development and skills increased my knowledge about marketing. After

completion of my work tenure as an intern ,I feel blessed to have learned so many things in such

a short span of time. New learning's and helpful attitude of collogues is a thing to be remembered

for a long time. I certainly believe this experience of working in UNIVERSAL TRIBES will help

me to be a successful marketing expert in life and also work as an added advantage for the years
