Is Social Media Good For Teenagers?

Social media is an online media in which the users can easily participate, share, and create the
content of blog, social networking, and the virtual world. There is an opinion that social network is using

the users. Most people now have smartphones where they are on social media networks all throughout the
day. Especially teenagers, its not just becoming a part of their world, but it’s indeed becoming their
world. They spend more time on social media than in the real world. However, hyper-connected to social
media could be bad for the users.
In fact, as we found, networking has more negative than positive effects especially for children
and teenagers. There are many negative effects of social media on children and teenagers. Firstly, social
media will ruin their health. Children and teenagers become lazy to communicate in the real world and it
will make children and teenagers more self-interested. And then they will isolate themselves and their

there are many pornographic and violent images that can be an incentive for someone to commit a crime.
Beside that, Social networking sites are fertile ground for predators to commit crimes. The internet is not
exempt from these fraudsters' attacks. Children and teenagers are easy target which is the most wanted by
criminals.
Social media is dangerous for teenagers. Teenagers who should spend their time with any positive

something around them, but they care about something that far from them. If they still spend their time in
