    Dear Public Gold Helpdesk team,

    As per our conversation earlier, please help to waive the penalty for my cancellation order-EPP.

    I’m not aware on the several cancellations of my order as I’m still new to PG and the system update.

    This is my mistake but I would really appreciate it can be considered so that I can continue to promote
    Public Gold and accumulate gold for future.

    I’m promise to not doing the same mistake again.
