Manufacturing and local Assembling
Contract
The following manufacturing and local assembling contract is made between:
1st Foshan Hongke Medical Instrument Factory,
Party who is an official manufacturer of Dental Chair,
Dental Unit including all the accessories, Air
Compressor, Portable Dental Unit, Ultrasonic
Scalers, Light Curing instruments and all other
Dental Equipment and Instruments having
business office and factory at No.1 Zhongxiaoxiang
Factory ,Xicheng Lishan Industrial Zone,.Danzao,
Nanhai District,. Foshan, China.
2nd Dental Shop for Medical Supplies, a trading
Party company functioning in the field of dentistry
equipment in Arab Republic of Egypt, Middle East
and Africa.

 The three parties have agreed on the following:
1. Alyounes Company for Engineering
industries will be responsible for designing,
manufacturing and assembling the dental
products owned by Dental Shop For Medical
Supplies.
And to be delivered as a finished products.
2. Dental Shop For Medical Supplies
Responsible for marketing the products and
promoting the products inside and outside
Egypt.
3. Foshan Hongke Medical Instrument Factory
is the one responsible for providing all of the
needed spare parts , accessories and designs of
the dental chair .
4. Alyounes Company for Engineering
industries will manufacture 60% of the dental
unit, and
Foshan Hongke Medical Instrument Factory
will be responsible for supplying the remaining
40% in the form of motherboards, control units,
electric wires, water units, water and air modules,
and the other attachments of the dental unit
represented in electric scaler device, light cure
device, Hand pieces, compressor, and dental
suction device.
5. Alyounes Company for Engineering
industries will be responsible for the assembly of
all the products’ parts.
6. Dental Shop For Medical Supplies has the right
to promote, sell and export the final products of
Alyounes Company for Engineering
industries to any country.
7. This contract is 10 years valid.
8. This contract was written in three copies.

‫توفير جميع قطع الغيار واإلكسسوارات والتصميمات‬

‫الحشوات والقبضات و جهازالكومبريسور وجهاز شفط‬

‫وتصدير المنتجات النهائية لشركة أليونس للصناعات‬

.‫ سنوات من تاريخه‬10 ‫مدة سريان العقد هي‬ .7
‫تم تحرير هذا العقد من ثالثة نسخ بين الثالثة أطراف‬ .8
