The application team must have a detailed structure in place for the construction and creation of the
prospective Innovation School if it is recognized.

When detailing the timeline for the planned Innovation School's preparation and organization, teachers
and faculty staff should:

• Develop a communication plan that includes a timeframe and method for informing and
permitting input from all participants, as required, including learners, parents, teachers, and the
community.
• Describe the procedure for including competent participants in the preparation of the creativity
plan.
• Provide a planned timeline for the Innovation School's progress and organization. Incorporate a
schedule of important actions to be completed throughout the course of the period leading up
to the school's opening to guarantee a smooth opening.

The timeline should include factors such as structure, management, finance, personnel
recruiting, student enrollment and participation, program, evaluations, student assistance, and
community and parental participation, providing that everything is in order before school starts.
II. Measurable Goals

The innovation plan must incorporate verifiable performance objectives in at least the
following categories in order to evaluate the prospective school throughout many indicators
of school performance and innovative effectiveness: such as, students attendance, student
welfare, facilities, comprehensive assessment system, Teacher’s competencies, musical
equipment, and progressive and subgroups for teaching evaluation.

Objectives specific to a school's Innovation Plan should be addressed as well. Some relevant
instances include parental participation or school environmental standards.

At the end of the timeline period, these demonstrable targets will be used to maintain or
alter the innovation strategy.

ANALYSIS
One of the most important aspects influencing learning outcomes is appreciation and recognition.  Every
day, teachers gather data and focus on providing student’s advice and guidance in classrooms all
throughout the classroom activities.  This procedure runs continuously. The data obtained can be used
for projects, assessments oral and written works, exams, presentation, and any other activities.
Feedback is a form of appreciation to the students output, this will help them to make progress from
their works. In the context of this appreciation, with the goal that the student must know their strength
and weaknesses. This form of appreciation can be entails in different form, such as dialogic, timely, and
specific. It became a constant throughout the course in order to be effective.

learning system. Due to various people's cumulative life circumstances and regression, analysis is an

interpersonal contact. In schools, there are basic targets that have a solid and admirable school culture,
and are distributed among staff members; those who there are driven to instruct. To be grateful the
successes of both learners and instructors there are rituals going on. They have changed. Traditionally,

efforts and advancements.

The head teacher, the teachers, and the students all contribute to the development of a strong and
positive school culture. When it comes to achieving their shared objectives, it may be said that the
individuals stated above have tight relationships with one another. In order to maximize the impacts of
educational and instructing, it is crucial to constructively validate students' educational progress and to
allow them to be in a positive state throughout the learning process. In parental support of compassion
and culture, appreciation education is a good notion.  The stimulation of their potential and the
restoration of the joy of development can all be achieved by strengthening recognition culture. It is a
smart strategy. That allowed students and their parents to flourish together.
