    This study investigated the dielectric switching and ferroelectric properties of α and γ phases of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) for their potential in energy storage applications. The researchers analyzed PVDF films with different phase compositions and found that the γ phase exhibited higher remnant polarization and coercive field than the α phase, indicating better energy storage performance.
