Subject: New main firmware upgraded to version 2.07.

Details of firmware upgrade:

 No picture/audio with Digital channel or abnormal picture with Analog channel.

 Picture becomes green only with 1080p signal via PC input (VGA connector).
*This happens only with the version 2.05 only

In this case, please upgrade the main firmware to 2.07.

When servicing these models, please upgrade the main firmware to version 2.07 or later by using a
USB memory device. Please go to SharpNet (www.sharp-service.com) Technical Channel
►downloads to get latest firmware versions. This is also available on (www.sharp-usa.com).

Note 1: All user data settings are not reset when the main firmware is upgraded by using a USB
memory device. Please reinitialize the TV (INDUSTRIAL INIT) after each upgrade. The user
settings will then be set to the default settings.

Note 2: The firmware can be downloaded from SharpNet.

Note 3: The progress screen for this firmware upgrade may take up to 1 minute to appear. Before
removing USB device, please unplug AC cord to restart upgrade process (if needed).
