Where can I find my FB Manager ID?


Please login to Facebook Business Manager Account:         
Go to business settings - > Business Manager Info
Find your Business Manager ID number under Business Manager info.
It will be a 15 to 16 digit number

Points to Note for Phone Numbers


Phone Number Registeration
Both UAT and Production number cannot be same
Phone number shared should not be associated with a personal or business whatsapp account
Once the number is submitted for approval, it cannot be deleted/replaced
OTP Process
The WhatsApp Business number should be active and available with the Business SPOC.
The OTP code will be shared on the WhatsApp business phone number
Business should support the Gupshup team during the verification process and share the OTP on time.
