Construction of trickling filter plants, complete with earthworks
platforms, access roads, building works, internal services and concrete
works (Inlet structure, primary and secondary clarifiers, chlorine contact
tank, humus tank, drying sludge beds and retaining walls). Specialist
mechanical and electrical works. Additional sewerage pumps stations
and grey water pipelines also comprises the scope of works.
2015 - Ongoing : Construction of DR3508: Namalubi-Isize-Luhonono in the Zambezi

Region (WML – Karl Harlander)
Construction of a new gravel, district road, 33km long, from Isize to
Luhonono and the upgrading to bitumen standards of 22km of gravel
road from Namalubi to Isize under a Labour Based-type Contract.

2010 - 2011 : OMEYA: Golf and Residential Oasis (Civil Engineer - Lourens la Grange)
Construction of the water, sewer and electrical services and Civil works for
the new OMEYA Golf and Residential Oasis, south of Windhoek
comprising the services to approximately 280 erven, 12 km sewer
gravitational and pumping mains, 12 km water reticulation system with 6
km bituminous surfaced roads and related earthworks and drainage
structures, sewer pump stations and sewer treatment plant, as well main

2002 – 2003 : Kandjimi Murangi and Linus Shashipapo Raw Water Supply,
Okavango Region: The existing raw water reservoirs to the two schemes
at the Okavango river required rehabilitation. Involvement as Design
Engineer in performing an investigation and compiling a brief technical
proposal to rehabilitate the reservoirs.
2002 – 2003 : Daan Viljoen Resort Water Supply, Windhoek: The existing 150 mm Ø
asbestos cement pipeline supplying water to the resort from borehole
sources was reported to break frequently. Involvement as Design Engineer
in compiling a technical investigation, performing a surge analyses on the
pipeline and making recommendations for partial replacement of the
pipeline.
2002 – 2003 : N’Karapamwe Water Supply, Rundu: The filter backwash water to the
existing N’Karapamwe scheme posed a problem in that it flooded the
houses being constructed at the new extension to the town. Involvement
as Design Engineer in performing an investigation and compiling a
technical proposal for the disposal of the filter backwash water.
2002 : Rosh Pinah – Skorpion Interconnection at the Water Treatment

Works, Orange River, Rosh Pinah: Upon completion of the water
treatment works, the town of Rosh Pinah decided to also be connected to
the new filtered water supply system, being constructed for the Skorpion
Zinc Mine. A bypass was designed supplying filtered water to the existing
pump station, serving Rosh Pinah Town. The new settled water pipeline
supplying the Town was also altered as well as the water
