MY UPES

Open the link https://myupes.upes.ac.in/ on any web browser (Internet Explorer/Google

Chrome/ Mozilla…etc.,)

Login: Enter the USER ID & PASSWORD received on your email. Click on ‘Login To My
UPES’ to continue.

Note: You will use the same ID and password to login into Virtual Classroom
(Blackboard), SAP portal, Library and Coursera. You can change password via the
Manage Password Tab on the menu bar after logging in.

If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to Register yourself first to access My
UPES. The registration process is explained in the Registration document.

Dashboard: Now you are in the My UPES dashboard, from here you can access multiple
features to help you in your academic journey.
Top Menu: From here you can access the following –

• Virtual Classroom: Click on it to access your online classes on the Blackboard

Learning Platform. You can access it by inputting the same ID and Password
• SAP Portal: Click on it to access your Grades, Attendance, Marksheet and Fees
• Manage Password: From here you can change passwords of the various student
utilities:
o Click on My UPES & SAP Portal to change password of My UPES and SAP
Portal
o Help Desk & Coursera lets you change the password for the same
o Virtual Classrom lets you change the password for BlackBoard.
o Mentor City lets you change the password for the namesake portal

• PSLE: This is a collection of upcoming and exciting sessions for you to participate in.
The sessions will give you a glimpse of learning at UPES
• Schedule : This is your pre-semster Learning schedule featuring not just the topic
date and time, but also the joining links

Note: It is recomendded that you use the same password for all platforms, as it would
be easy to remember.

Clicking on your Profile picture will lead you to the profile page, where you can add Hobbies,
Interest and even change your profile picture.

Notice Board: From here you can access various notices, including the schedule for Pre-
semester Learning
Coursea: Acess 3900+ courses on online via the Coursera portal. Once on the Coursera
page, login through your ID and Password.

My Classroom: Here you can view all your batchmates by clicking on view all. Once in the
My Classroom page, you can access their profile and get to make friends even before you
step into campus.
My Resources: Click to Access Student Policies
Academic Calendar: Click to access the Academic Calendar

My Library: Click to access over 2.46 Lakhs e-books. Once in the Library portal, you can log
in using your ID and Password.

My Mentor: Have some doubts? Want any clarification? Connect with your Menotr via
Mentor City.
SAP Portal: Click on it to access your Grades, Attendance, Marksheet and Fees. Once in
the portal use your ID and password to login

My Clubs: You can view various Clubs and Student chapters by clicking on More Clubs.
Browse through the various clubs and you can even register in a few of them.

Student Help: Use this section to ask for any kind of administrative help. Once on the
Helpdesk login using your Id and password.
My Email ID: This is your Student Email ID. You can login through Gmail. Your student ID
consist of your registration number followed by @stu.upes.ac.in. The password is same as
that of My UPES. Do keep accessing your student mail as all important communication is
shared here.

MY UPES: Get to know about the various aspects of UPES, by clicking on the various links.
You can enjoy a virtual tour of the campus, access upcoming and past webinars and much
more.

UPES Care: You can regsiter or simply call the number for counslelling support to ensure
your emotional well-being. The service is open 24 x7 and you can get in touch for any
emotional support you require.
Social Feeds: A snapshot of our various social media platforms. Do Follow and Like us on
Facebook, Instgram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIN.

Dehradun: Get to know more about the beautiful valley, where you will soon be spending
the rest of your college life.
