WELCOME

Hi There!

I know you want to live a healthy lifestyle. In order to do that you need to eat a
healthier diet and find the time to exercise. The problem is we are all so busy, its
almost impossible to find the time to cook, much less schedule 30 minutes to an hour
for exercise. This can feel overwhelming and stressful like we aren’t in control.

I believe everyone should have access to a diet that gives them energy and gives them
mental clarity to stay focused on the challenges of their day.

I totally understand where you are coming from. Balancing the responsibilities of
multiple businesses and family time make it difficult to find time to eat healthy, which
is why I’ve researched healthy nutritious meals that taste great and can be made
within 15 minutes. I did not create these recipes, but I have made them all multiple
times and they have become staples in my family meal plans.

According to the CDC only 1 in 10 people meet the guidelines on minimum fruit and
vegetable daily recommendations.

To start your journey to better health, simply start with adding spinach to your diet.
This leafy green vegetable is considered very healthy, and it is loaded with nutrients
and antioxidants. Eating spinach may benefit eye heath, help prevent cancer, reduce
oxidative stress, and reduce blood pressure levels.

Start with these stress-free steps:

1. Keep it simple and start slowly by adding Spinach to your diet every week.
2. Eat 2 meals a week from the recipes that follow for the next four weeks.
3. You should feel better, have more energy and focus. Note how your body reacts.

Following are 5 recipes my family eats frequently that don’t take very long to prepare.
So, you can stop worrying about long cooking times and get the benefits from the
nutrients in the spinach while having the peace of mind that you are eating healthy.
