1. Scope & Applications:

 Mixing solutions rabidly by magnetic rotation mechanism.

2. Definitions:
 None
3. Precautions:
 Do not use this equipment in hazardous areas.

3.1 To avoid electric shock always:
 Use a properly grounded electrical outlet of correct voltage and current handling capacity.
 Disconnect from the power supply prior to maintenance and servicing.
3.2 To avoid personal injury:
 Do not use in the presence of flammable or combustible materials; fire or explosion may result. This
device contains components may ignite such materials.
 Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
 Do not remove or modify grounded power plug. Use only properly grounded outlets to avoid shock
hazard. Not rated for use in hazardous atmospheres.

4. Procedure
4.1 Operation
 The speed control is a combination <on/off> switch and setting selector. The fully counter clockwise
position turns the unit off. To select a speed, turn the speed control clockwise until the desired mixing
action is achieved. The lighted “stir” indicator shows when the unit is stirring.
 Put the materials or solutions in beaker.
 Put a magnet piece inside the beaker.
 Press ON to start the operation.
 Limit the suitable speed by indicator from 1 to 10.
 Ensure that the mixing is finished, at that time press OFF to finish operation.

4.2 Calibration
 Adjust The indicator of rotations on a definite low number and then count by your eyes the rotations
which occurred, if the number difference is found, that mean that device requires to repair.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Preventive Maintenance
5.1.1 Cleaning:
 Only with a damp cloth on the surface, and calibration method.

5.2 Routine Maintenance

 It proceeds by the supplier.
