Note: Please take note that the glass door will be locked at 8:30am sharp. We will
appreciate if the parents can reach by 8:15am.
*Please send your kids to entrance door by yourselves if reach after 8:30am.

MEETING WITH PRINCIPAL OR CLASS MENTOR

Parents and guardians are welcomed to call on the Principal and the class mentor to
enquire about your child’s progress. You are, however, advised to contact
management to fix an appointment beforehand.
3 CHANGE OF ADDRESS & TELEPHONE NUMBER
3.1 You are requested to inform management immediately if there is any change in
your address and contact number.
3.2 Neither the Q-dees Center nor Q-dees Holdings Sdn Bhd, any of their
subsidiaries, associate companies, personnel or officers shall accept responsibility

for any unpleasant occurrences resulting from your failure to keep us informed of
such changes.
4 ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL
4.1 Parents are advised to follow the traffic map attached in order to ensure smooth
and safe arrival/dismissal.
4.2 Please be reminded not to alight from your vehicle as you might obstruct the
traffic flow.
4.3 We seek your understanding and co-operation by forming a queue at our
entrance during dismissal to avoid congestion.
4.4 Kindly provide car plate number, photo of driver if there is any third parties
come to fetch your kids before dismissal.
5 CHILD’S PERSONAL ITEMS
5.1 Kindly label each of your child’s personal items e.g. tumbler, snack box &
uniforms by marking to avoid mishandling.
5.2 Q-dees kids are not allowed to wear any jewellery or bring any cash, toys to
school. In the event this happens, neither Q-dees Center nor Q-dees Holdings Sdn
Bhd, any of their associate companies, subsidiaries, officers, or personnel shall
accept responsibility for losses of such items.
6 ABSENCE
6.1 Parents/ Guardians are required to inform management by call or WhatsApp if
your child is unable to turn up for classes.
7 SICKNESS (IMPORTANT!!!)
7.1 Children are encouraged to rest at home if they are not feeling well.
7.2 Parents must keep the principal informed if the child is infected by any
contagious disease that has been diagnosed by the doctor.
7.3 Please make sure your kid has been vaccinated for certain diseases such as
chickenpox, rotavirus and etc. (Kindly consult to your kid’s medical consultant.)
8 STATIONERIES
Children are not allowed to bring any stationery to school to avoid unnecessary
cases happened.
Highlights and colour pencils are not allowed to bring to school.
9 SCHOOL FEE & OTHER PAYMENTS
9.1 School Fees payment is one year contract basis. Parents need to pay the school
fee stated by management even the school is close due to pandemic crisis or any
situation ordered by MOE to ensure continuous operation of school.
9.2 There is no reduction or refund of any fees or other payments for non-
attendance.

9.3 All fees and other payments must be paid no later than the 5th day of each
month. Fees and payments paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.
9.4 Parents are required to send the bank slip to management through WhatsApp
after done the payment according to amount stated in invoices.
10 AMENDMENTS TO RULES & REGULATIONS
Q-dees reserves the right to include, delete and amend any of these rules and
regulations without prior notice.
11 Birthday Celebration
11.1 Children should not be served junk food during birthday celebration at school.
Kindly avoid unhealthy food such as candies, chips and etc.
11.2 Parents are encouraged not to prepare unhealthy snacks or goodies for your
child’s peer.
11.3 A simple birthday celebration for your kid(s) is advised to standardise for all our
parents and avoid comparison amongst our kids. Happiness lies in contentment.
ORIENTATION WEEK 2023
Dear Parents/ Guardian,

Please be informed that the new Academic Year 2023 will commence on 3rd Jan 2023
(Tuesday) and end on 23rd Feb 2024 (Friday).

Please note that the school hours for the Orientation Week are from 8.30am to 10.30am
only.

What does kids need to bring during

1) School hours up to 12:20pm / 12:50pm?
a) Water tumbler
b) Snack food (snack time 10AM to 10:30AM)

d) Extra cloth for emergency use if necessary (for EDP & QF1 only)

a) 2:30pm - Daycare Bag ( towel and clothes in one plastic bag, head to toe shampoo, milk
powder dispenser)
b) 6pm - Daycare Bag ( towel and clothes in one plastic bag, head to toe shampoo, milk powder
dispenser, sleeping items during nap time.)
Coming to kindergarten for the first time can be very traumatic. A smooth transition into the
kindergarten environment may take time and effort on the part of the kindergarten and parents.
Your co-operation and assistance will therefore be greatly appreciated.

Activities Calendar 2023
Red highlight – Public holidays / Festival Holidays

 Close for both school and daycare session.
Green highlight – Term School Holidays

 Close for school
 Daycare (for ASP until 6pm only) operate as usual from 8am-6pm
Yellow highlight – School events that parents are compulsory to join.
Orange highlight – Indoor events organised for Q-dees kids and mentors
only.
Parents will be invited to join a new WhatsApp group according to your kid’s
level and class name by 22nd December 2022 (Thursday).

for any and ll accidents or incidents which may occur in or around the Q-dees
Center or for any medical treatment or medication administered to my child in
cases of any and all medical emergencies. I further agree not to make or cause to
be made any claims against the aforementioned parties.
