Dear Participant,

We would like to thank you for taking part in this survey that we are conducting. We are First
Year College students at National University (NU) - Lipa Campus who are taking BSBA
Marketing Management. We are doing a study about what would be the "FUTURE MARKET
OF CROCHET INDUSTRY"

Making this survey instrument is one of the tasks for our The Entrepreneurial Mind course. This
survey instrument aims to determine what would be the future market of crochet industry.

There are several questions that you will need to answer. It will only take about 10 minutes of
