How to switch a tag to another vehicle

1. Login to your eFlow account.

2. Click Vehicles in the account overview page.

 3. To switch a tag, you need to first make sure the vehicle you would like to switch your tag to is
added to your account. To add a vehicle, enter your vehicle registration number in the box at
the bottom of the vehicle page.

If you would like to switch your tag to a vehicle already on your account, please proceed to step 7.

4. Select which type of tolling method you would like. Selecting ‘Tag Tolling’ will issue a new
tag for your vehicle.
5. Click the ‘Add Another Vehicle’ button.

6. Click on the ‘eye’ icon of the tag you would like to switch to the new vehicle.

7. In the pop-up window, click ‘remove vehicle’.

8. Select the option to transfer your tag to another vehicle.

9. In the drop-down menu, select the vehicle you wish to switch your tag to.
10. Click transfer tag to confirm.

11. Your tag should be in the same row as the vehicle it was transferred to.
