Answer: This is non-Negotiable. As stated in section 5, An instrument which

contains an order or promise to do any act in addition to the payment of money is
not negotiable. In this case, A added another act in addition to payment of the
money. Therefore , this is non-Negotiable.

car (loan collateral) free from any other encumbrance.

instruments Law , An instrument which contains an order or promise to do any

stipulation in addition to paying the money.
