Review :

The Greatest Showman, is an American drama musical film that tell us about how the greatest
show and such a phenomenon by P. T. Barnum in nineteenth century. This drama musical is began with
youngest Barnum who tries to survive his life in New York after his dad pass away. Then Barnum marries
with Charity Hallet his childhood love, charity, from high society, Motivated Barnum to be a successful
man and not be understimate by society. Inspired by his children's ideas, Barnum then determined to
gather 'unique' people with a little bit of hyperbole about the weirdness. Barnum made them a show in
the museum building he bought. This group of 'unique' people later became phenomenal and
everyone's talk and led Barnum to become one of the successful entrepreneurs in New York at that
time.

Barnum's life and the extraordinary people around him are packaged in neat scenes and music
by the director Michael Gracey. The story is inspired by story of P.T. Barnum's creation of the Barnum &
Bailey Circus and the lives of it’s star attractions. This film is great enough to entertain the watcher. This
film also can be watch for every people because there is no unpolite aspects and so entertaining. In this
film, 70-80% have been told by songs. Those songs are catchy and easy listening. It will make the
watcher enjoys the film and want to sing together.
 The story of Barnum and his circus is told in a simple but interesting way to enjoy. Like the lyrics
in one of the songs in this film "I'm not scared to be seen, I make no apologies, this is me", something
that is not 'normal' against a simple minded society that rejects their presence. In this film, not only tell
us about love, family, struggling but also anger, friendship and discrimination. This film becomes more
epic when Philip Carlyle fall in love with Anne Wheeler, but they can be together because they have
different race at that time.

The Greatest Showman has some scene that used CGI efect is seen a little bit unreal. Especially,
in the circus scene when there are lions, elephants, etc. But, it is covered by epic packaging of the film
from beginning until ending. For the acting in the film can not be doubt because the actors have a good
quality in the film industry in Hollywood such as, Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, Zendaya, etc. The chemistry
each actors is good especially Zac Efron and Zendaya in the scene when Zac tries to persuade Zendaya
and sing a song together.

The Greatest Showman have so much moral values that we can get. For example, every single
person have an equal right and status no matter the race, physic, etc. As a human we can not forget
good people around us to get satify in order to be loved by people, because every single
person have haters.
