the following items have been checked and are in place:

 Construction Certificate signed off to obtain permission to proceed with excavation works?

 Latest IFC drawings are being used?

 Risk Assessment approved by the SHE Manager

 Setting out has been checked?

 Are there any known buried services present?

 If Yes, verify as build drawings and perform detection of buried service if there are any
doubt
