Activity Completion Report

(ACR)

I. RATIONALE:

Refer to the Capability Building for Teachers in Handling Co-Curricular Activities,

the Office requires all the schools through the District Offices to conduct a School Government and
Career Guidance Program.

II. OBJECTIVES:

a) Enhance the methods and techniques of teachers in handling Supreme Pupils

Government Activities.
b) Increase the level of performance of the pupils.
c) Engage conducive learning environment for learners.

III. ACTIVITY:

The activity started at exactly 9:00 o’clock in the morning at Albuera South Central
School. The pupils brought the materials needed for the election of federated SPG officers in Albuera
South District. They had with their SPG advisers for each school. It started with an opening program
together with the District Supervisor Mrs. Divina W. Dalanon who gave a welcome message for the
activity. After the opening program, they proceed the selection of candidates running for every school.
The student representatives were discussed about the Career Guidance Program on
how they planned to be in their career for their future. The activity was done smoothly and properly as
the coordinators organize the whole activity. The most important thing is that the pupils already
visualize their future career applied from their motivations learned from the school that are much
applicable to the real setting of their daily lives.
