SubJect: Extension Contract and LC

Dear Mr. Omer,

This has reference to your trailing email regarding Contract extension.

In this context, please note the following:

  i)             The Contract is valid until 31.12.2022.  GEMKOM needs to

perform PGT and successfully demonstrate all PG criteria agreed in the
Contract and accomplish all contractual obligations including materials
reconciliation, submission of all manuals and as-built drawings within
31st December 2022 enabling LISCO to issue PAC and release 7.5% payment.

  ii)            Regarding FAC, GEMKOM needs to issue one Bank Guarantee

for 7.5% value of the Contract in the agreed format with 12 months
validity from the date of issuance of PAC; and raise invoice for LISCO's
consideration for releasing payment.

Therefore, in view of the above, further extension of validity of the

Contract as requested for by GEMKOM is not necessary. However, suitable
extension of validity of LC is being reviewed by LISCO.

Dear Mr.Aifa

As you can see below SUPPLY contract details , first %7,5 Provisional
Acceptance  will be received after ensuring guaranteed performance test
values. We hope to finalize it soonest. But second %7,5 Final Acceptance
will be received upon confirmation of Provisional Acceptance within 12
months.

Similar conditions are also valid for SERVICE contract. Second %7,5 will
be received upon finalizing and fine tuning of all electrical and
mechanical progress activities. Furthermore, extension is requested for
necessary official govermental procedures in 2023.

I would kindly ask you to extend below items till 31st December 2023.
