APOLOGY LETTER FOR DELAY OF DELIVERY

To whom it may consider;

This letter is regarding the order of RHU-Danao, Bohol. We are extremely sorry for the
inconvenience upon delivery of the medicines. As you know, any antipsychotic medication used
to treat schizophrenia and psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations, delusions, and hostility
needs a supporting prescription issued by a medical or health professional. Having short with
the documents aforementioned, we were not able to purchase such medicines to complete our
delivery on time. The company is trying to fix this problem so that we could deliver as soon as
possible.

We are trying our best to make up this delay in no time. We apologize for the trouble it has
caused.
