Purpose
The purpose of the course is to provide students with the
necessary tools for a correct development of their pianistic
and artistic activity. For this, each of bouth professors
Francisco Pérez and Wan Ing Ong, with a long career as
educators, will give 2 classes to each student in order to be
able to monitor the work to be done between the first
class and the second.
One of the most important parts of learning an instrument
is performing concerts where all those aspects that are
worked on in class are put to the test. For this reason, the
INTERNATIONAL PIANO WEEK will organize a
minimum of 3 concerts in Valencia, Denia and Xàbia in
order to be able to show the work done in the course and
give students and teachers the opportunity to experience
the results live.

Information
The INTERNATIONAL PIANO WEEK course will be held from
July 13 to 16, 2023, both inclusive. It will begin at 9 a.m. on July
13 in the Assembly Hall of the Xàbia Professional Music
Conservatory located at Calle Rafael Echagüe, 5. Classes will be
held in this center and study rooms will be set up.
Likewise, each student will be offered their personal schedule,
which will detail both the classes with the different teachers and
the classroom assigned to study daily.
On July 12, 2023, a concert will be held by the teachers of the
students who visit us in the course in the Clemente Hall of
Valencia.
On July 16, the Closing Concert of the course will be held in the
Assembly Hall of the Conservatory. At the end of the act, each
student will receive a diploma accrediting having completed the
course.
Price of Masterclass
The price of the Mastercurs is 250 eur
Includes:
-Four piano lessons of 60 min. Two classes with each teacher.
-Study rooms with predetermined hours.
-Transport from Valencia-Xàbia, Xàbia-Denia and Xàbia-Valencia
to perform the different concerts.
-Organization of three concerts to be performed during Piano
Week.
Inscription will be formalized by sending an email with the
following information before May 1, 2023:
-Name and date of birth of the student.

-Repertoire to work on the course

-The receipt of having made a deposit for the amount of the course
will also be provided to the current account

Concept in the receipt must be: International Piano Week
*The place will not be reserved without the proper proof of
income.
In case of being minors, they must travel under the supervision of
a tutor or person who will be responsible for their own safety.
Students from outside the EU must travel with their own travel
and medical insurance.
Accomodation
The accommodation proposed for the students of the course is
Youth Hostel Jávea, located at Avenida Príncipe de Astúrias nº
40, just 100 meters from the Xàbia Conservatory. The
accommodation has rooms for 4 people exclusively for course
attendees. Includes bedding, internet, parking and use of all
common facilities: reading and games rooms, dining room, fully
equipped kitchen and chill out terrace.
The option of full board is given at a price of 19
euros/person/day (from a minimum group of 8 people) in the
accommodation with a catering of traditional and homemade
cuisine, serving special cases such as celiac disease and
allergies, with prior notice. .
