    SUBJECT : DAILY HEALTH AND WELLNESS ACTIVITY

    DATE : February 6, 2023

    In line with the efforts of the office to maintain the health and wellness of its
    personnel, the Regional Office 8 and all Sub-Regional Offices shall facilitate the
    conduct of a 5-minute Zumba every 2:00 PM of Mondays to Thursdays and an
    all-out Zumba series every Friday from 4:00PM – 5:00 PM.

    For the information, guidance and compliance of all concerned personnel.
