Please see the below comments on the things that I have not seen included, I had shared the same with
you before;

1. 1st,2nd and 3rd Floor should be independent, each with their dedicated meters for water and
power. Did you factor that in?

2. On the roof Plan, see below comments;

a. Can we move the water heating to be on top of the staircase area? (to the area I have
highlighted with yellow )
 b. You can then move the cold water storage to the dedicated area on terrace marked
below in Yellow;

3. The provision for gas cylinders as per the below picture at the kitchen balconies on every floor
and terrace;
 4. Did you provision for washing machine. Have 2 balconies with tap and outlet for washing
machine.
a. (The kitchen one and for the room opposite the kitchen)
b. Water pipe inlet and outlet.
i. Sample outlet marked in red below;

Other Comments shared on the drawings before;

5. CAT 5 or CAT 6 cable single point in each and every room

6. Power entry point is at the back of the house
7. Add shower sink light and shaver socket in all washroom/all floors
8. Add extra light with different switch to ensure more lighting over the cooking area when need be
