It is said that the Logician personality type tend to pride themselves on their unique perspectives
and vigorous intellect. Their curious minds can’t help but puzzle over the mysteries of the
universe at every waking moment. It makes sense that Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton were
Logicians – arguably some the most relevant and significant mathematicians and scientists to
have ever existed. Their curiosity led them to discover and solve some of the most detrimental
mysteries of the world.

As expected, a Logician has a high success rate going down the path of mathematics and
physics, and will often outshine others in the field, but it has also been proven that Logicians
don’t need to limit themselves to these fields of work. Their pure talent of analysis and research
will get them far in almost any line of work and have the ability to excel in careers that may not
seem like a match! Which is a relief, because my desired career path is in arts and humanities,
more specifically English. I want to delve into the structural blueprint of historical literature and
educate myself on poetic prose. And I absolutely agree that qualities I possess, like curiosity
and determination, will help me down this career path.

There are many benefits when it comes to having the Logician personality type. When finding
work that takes full advantage of their rare strengths, such as creativity, a passion for ideas, and
innovative spirit, they will easily stand out in their working field. But on the downside, Logicians
adore working independently, but produce even greater ideas when collaborating with others,
ironic as it may seem. They tend to push away their greatest asset, which may sometimes lead
to their downfall or the production of mediocre work.

Overall, I think that the MBTI personality type test may not always pinpoint or determine one’s
career path but can more importantly describe the mindset and perspectives of individuals
accurately and effectively.
