*Current smoker with 20yr pack Quit for >15yr

Colorectal Cancer FOBT or FIT 45-75 Yearly Genetic testing for Lynch syndrome. Most common
Stool FIT DNA 1-3 years extracolonic malignancy associated with Lynch
CT Colonography 5 years syndrome is endometrial cancer —> Hysterectomy
Sigmoidsocopy 5 years with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy at the end of
Sigmoidoscopy + Annual FIT 10 years childbearing age (∼ 40 years) is recommended for
Colonoscopy 10 years women with Lynch syndrome.

Lynch Syndrome (HNPCC) Colonoscopy 20-25 1-2 years
IBD Colonoscopy 8yr post Dx 1-2 years
FH (1o relative <60) Colonoscopy 40 or 10yo prior to dx 3-5 years

Cervical Cancer Pap smear 21-29 3 years HIV: Onset of sexual intercourse, Time of
diagnosis, Annually until ≥ 3 normal, then routine
Pap smear + HPV test 30-65 Cytology alone 3 yr or
Cytology + HPV 5 years Immunosuppressed: Onset of sexual intercourse,

age and appropriate patients
