Govt. of India, for grant of financial assistance.
Dear Madam/Sir,
This is to certify that Mr. Akash Kumar (AC&ABC ID No. UP19864) had participated in a 45
days training programme of AC&ABC scheme conducted at this Institute from 10-12-2019 to
23-01-2020.This AC&ABC training programme has been sponsored by the National Institute of
Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad.
As per the directives of AC&ABC scheme, the certificate holder of this training programme shall
be granted financial assistance for the project (prepared by him/her) by the respective bank branch under
the refinance scheme of NABARD.
Mr. Akash Kumar’s project is enclosed herewith for sanctioning the financial assistance as has
been envisaged in the project (Annexure-I). Besides, the details regarding Revised Agri-clinics and
Agri-business Centres (ACABC) Scheme-2018 is also enclosed for your kind reference (Annexure-II).
You are requested to kindly sanction the project of Mr. Akash Kumar so that he could sustain his
venture and the mission of the Govt. of India to promote agri-entrepreneurship could be fulfilled.
