China Construction Science and Industry Corporation Limited (known as “CCSIC”) is the only

bureau-level enterprise affiliated to China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited

( known as “CSCEC”, the 13th in the Fortune Global 500) in city of Shenzhen, and is among the

first batch of the National Prefabricated Construction Industry Bases. The company possesses the

over-all engineering&construction related qualifications including Grade-A Designer in Construction

Industry, Supreme-Grade General Contractor of Construction Projects, etc.

“CCSIC” provides customers the integrated industry chain services featuring in “investment,

With regard to investment and operation business, the company has undertaken 8 investment and

operation projects represented by Shijiazhuang Convention & Exhibition Center, with a cumulative

investment of over 17 billion yuan.

在钢构业务板块，公司承建了国内 26 座超 400m 超高层建筑中的 23 座，全球前 10 位

摩天大楼中的 4 座以及多座会议会展中心、体育主场馆、交通枢纽、大型桥梁的钢构工程，

With regard to steel structure business, the company has built 23 of 26 super high-rise buildings

above 400m in China, has built 4 of the top 10 skyscrapers in the world, and has completed

numerous steel structure projects of convention & exhibition centers, main stadiums, airports &

railway stations, large bridges, and the company has created the earliest, highest, largest and fastest

steel structure construction records in China.

With regard to engineering business, the company has its own design institute, takes advantage of

technology and industry, focuses on the method of “prefabricated steel structure+EPC”, combines

with advanced management techniques such as BIM technology, smart construction sites, and

management cockpits, thus significantly solves the problems of efficiency, cost and quality in EPC

projects. The company has developed and applied the GS-Building (steel frame+three-board system)

and the ME-House (modular system) to address the livelihood issues and has launched five

prefabricated building products namely the schools, residential, hospitals, office buildings and

industrial parks.
