The Natural resources abound in Region 12 is mineral-rich,

coal-rich and abundant fresh water that can be used to grow high-value
crops. The region is under-explored, and there are immense untapped
resources. Lands that can be used for agriculture a new development with
a lot of potential investment. The country's metallic mineral is produced in
Soccsksargen. Gold, copper, and iron deposits, in particular, in the United
States. Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, and South Cotabato are the provinces
of the Philippines. The region was formerly known as Cotabato or "Kuta-
Wato" (meaning stone fort), became Central Mindanao and presently
named as SOCCSKSARGEN which is acronym for its provinces. The
economy and the major crops that planted in region are predominantly
agricultural, tuna, coconut, corn, rice, banana, mango, durian, ruber and
sugarcane. Also the The region's economic activities and performance

Saranggani Bay Festival, S’lang Festival, Hinugyaw Festival, Sinulog De
Bula, Kulitangtang Festival, Bangsi Festival, Timpuyog Festival,
Kalilangan Festival and etc.There are so much Festivals that you can
experience here in Region 12, you can see how people enjoying while
they are thanksgiving the God for what they have. You can witness the
unity of people in Region 12. I hope you can visit this Region after the
