Guidelines

This document contains the detail of a campus ambassador's roles and responsibilities and lay out the
Terms & Conditions to be followed throughout the campus ambassador program's duration.

 Roles and responsibility of Campus Ambassador

1. Resolving the queries of their college mates/other friends regarding Krishi Manthan.
2. Communicating the Krishi Manthan events and workshops details to their college mates.
3. All communications with Campus Ambassador will take place via a WhatsApp Group.
Please do not call the organizers unless it is something very urgent. You can mail your
query to krishimanthaniima@iima.ac.in

 How to Register for Campus Ambassador Program

1. Kindly register for the Campus Ambassador program through the D2C platform
2. After that, we will conduct the Krishi Manthan Awareness Quiz for the final selection
(More details can be found on the D2C platform)
3. The selected candidate will be informed separately via mail.
4. Every selected candidate/ campus ambassador will be provided one unique code
5. Ensure that while registering for the website one should enter respective campus
ambassador code, based on this code the Krishi Manthan team will track points.

Campus Ambassador Benefits

1. Rewards for top Campus Ambassador (based on points scheme)

○ 1st prize= ₹7000
○ 2nd prize = ₹5000
○ 3rd prize = ₹4000
○ 4th to 10th Prize= ₹2000 each
Additionally, the top three campus ambassador will receive exciting goodies (IIM-A T-shirt
and IIM-A logo printed coffee mug)
Please Note: -
A) Campus ambassador should have minimum 300 points to get above mentioned rewards
B) Winners will not be eligible for the "Cash Reward scheme for Workshop Registration
(Point no.2)”

2. Cash Reward scheme for Workshop registration:

3. Top 50 Campus Ambassadors will be given honorary certificates (based on points scheme)

registrations.
5. Weekly Leadership board will be published on the IIM-A FABM Committee Facebook and
LinkedIn page

Point Scheme

1. Point scheme for Campus Ambassador

Facebook & Instagram share for Each “Krishi Manthan” post 10
LinkedIn share for Each “Krishi Manthan” post 10
Note: For Facebook/Instagram /LinkedIn post share one needs to tag “IIM-A FABM
committee” Page. You can find links for all page at the end of the document

2. Based on the Campus Ambassador's unique code, the Krishi Manthan team will track campus
ambassador performance, and accordingly, points will be awarded.
3. Krishi Manthan will track “Facebook, LinkedIn post share and Instagram story/post” status.
Points will be sharedaccordingly
Please note that one should enter the respective campus ambassador code while registration
