Project Proposal

I. TITLE: PROJECT: PAMISASANMETUNG - ESP CLUB’S FILIPINO-

VALUES MONTH CELEBRATION

III. TIME FRAME: November 2022
IV. RATIONALE
Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 479 dated October 24, 1994 and
DepEd Memorandum No. 177, s. 2017 declaring the month of November of every year
as Filipino Values Month, the ESP Club of CMRICTHS is initiating to culminate this
through face-to-face programs and activities.
In this light, the ESP Club would like to conduct the Filipino-Values Month
Celebration as part of its “Project Pamisasanmetung” with the theme “Pagpapaunlad
ng Pagkatao, Pakikipagkapwa at Pananampalataya: Hamon sa Panahon ng
Pandemya”, wherein the student will participate through these simple activities:
1. Pot Painting;
2. Spoken Poetry;
3. Poster Making;
4. Slogan Making;
5. Online Advocacy Making; and
6. Bible Quiz Bee

Which are aligned to the strengthening of Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao subject

and the R.A. 114761 or the GMRC and Values Education Act of 2016.
Furthermore, it aims to bring out the potential, to enhance their capabilities
and values in spite of the pandemic that we are facing right now.

V. OBJECTIVES

This Filipino-Values Month Celebration aims to achieve the following objectives:

1. To strengthen the ESP subject as one of the key factors in nation building;
2. To enhance the implementation of Values Education Act of 2016 and its
guidelines;
3. To enhance active student participation in activities that can bring out
potentials and enhance values formation;
4. To inculcate the values formation of the school aligned with the implementing
guidelines.
VI. PROPOSED ACTIVITIES FOR FILIPINO-VALUES MONTH

(ROOM-BASED CULMINATING EVENTS)?

Pot Painting Contest (November --, 2021)

During the first week of November 2022, students will be asked to start their

small pot paintings at their own homes / at the classroom, and will be submitted

during the room-based culmination of Project Pamisasanmetung 2022. This pot

painting will enhance the artistic potentials of every CMRICTHS students which will

revolve around the aforementioned theme of the event. Afterwards, the decorated and

designed pot painting will be used as an alternative decoration inside the classroom or

even in the school grounds. This will showcase the CMRICTHS art through this

output.

VII. EVALUATION

The evaluation for every proposed event will be done and accomplished in-

person. All outputs will be submitted in school during the respective culminating

celebrations.
