Analysis of the teaching activities of Miss Lan (my favorite English teacher in high school) when

she was the English teacher of our sophomore class

⭐Results
After one semester, the class's average English score dropped, and Miss Lan was
transferred out of our class.Although it did not improve the scores of the whole class in the
short term, for me, her teaching method opened my eyes to think about what it means to
learn a language. I think she made us appreciate the true beauty of language.

⭐My Reflections
One of the shortcomings of Miss Lan's teaching method is that she does not consider the different
needs of different students, in fact, not every student will like to experience the charm of learning the
language, maybe English is just a subject that they have to take, their goal is only to get high marks;
another is that her teaching method is not very adaptable to summative assessment, it is also difficult
to cope with the tension caused by time。

两个人都还挺怀念一起住的日子。在上个冬天,他们决定一起规划接下来的一年要往哪个方向
走。

她提议找个下午坐下来,两个人一起头脑风暴一下,提议了两三次,他都嘴上答应着,却很快
就忘了有这回事。终于她不高兴了,让他定下一个周六来讨论。毕竟这是涉及两个人接下来大
方向该怎么走的一件大事。但他却并没有同样感到迫在眉睫和放在心上。

到了那个周六,在照常看完两个人都很喜欢的 Futurama 第 6 季的某一集,他突然面色凝重地

没有任何预兆,没有任何防备,她突然意识到这可能是早以预谋好的,

分隔两国之苦的两人一些保障,方便两人一起行动。

不久,他就悄无声息地打算自己一个人申请 shopify 的一个项目,生怕她会阻断他的编程学习
梦。

一个人先去美国读书,只要你同意让我去,我就可以考虑和你结婚”。

她当时还在所谓“劫后余生”的情绪里,

“你竟然拿结婚当交易??平时在我建议用结婚作为两个人不会突然再被分隔两国的保障时,

突然攻击我。当时我们被迫分隔两国时的那些被你大喊大叫,动辄得咎的日子,给我烙下太深
的 trauma 了,我很难放下。”

她开始破防,因为她也觉得当时的自己把孤立无援的那股气都撒在了他身上。于是她开始拼命
反省,

他大吐苦水,说如果不每周末都过来她就会生气,她马上表示可以不用每周末都过来,
却忘了去意识到,“啊,原来他并不像我一样想要每周末都见面啊,为什么呢?”

他表示没有个人空间,她马上说“只要你提出来,就算是我们在一块儿的时候,我也可以把这
个物理空间留给你,自己去附近超市或咖啡店逛逛”,
却忘了去意识到,他平时下午 2 点多就放学了,从下午 3 点到我下班回家吃完饭再打电话和他
聊之前,他每天都有 5 个多小时的 me time。

他表示她情绪波动大,她马上说,“我也意识到了,也在努力地改,我保证不会老是发脾气
了”,
却忘了去意识到,在工作上,在朋友面前都有强心脏的自己为何在面对他时容易出现情绪波动。
后知后觉的,她想起那些她满心期待了很久的周末外出,在被他突然以“心情不好,累了”而
拒绝掉时,他从来都不会主动提出,“抱歉,因为我的状态差而打断了你的计划,我们改这个
周末去怎么样?”,他让关系里的 sliding door 渐渐都变成 sliding close 而非 sliding
open。

当时的她只是沉浸在悲伤中,尤其看到他也在哭,她更加自责,把造成如此局面的责任都揽在
自己身上。
两人哭了一个周末,最后抱在一起决定克服困难,继续一起走下去
