विषय: Standard Operating Procedure for shifting of Transmission line by transmission

licensees for other infrastructure projects-reg.

संदर्भ : MoP’s Minutes of the Meeting dated: 13.12.2022

Please refer to the meeting held on 30.11.2022 under the chairmanship of

Secretary (Power), Ministry of Power, to discuss Standard Operating Procedure prepared
by CEA for shifting of Transmission line by transmission licensees for other
infrastructure projects. In the meeting, Secretary (Power) had made some suggestions to
improve the document which were also communicated by MoP through MoM dated
13.12.2022. Based on inputs from MoP, the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for
shifting of Transmission line has been revised and the same is attached as Annexure. It is
requested to provide suggestions, if any, or MoP’s concurrence to circulate SOP to all the
stakeholders.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
