    Problem statement- eco-friendly packaging for e-commerce websites

    Problem faced currently is the usage of plastics for packaging which harms the environment. (elaborate
    on the side effects to nature, environment, animals & humans).

    Target market or customers: Start with smaller players/distributors/shopkeepers and scale up


    to amazon/flipkart (Roughly, how many such customers exist? Is this number enough to
    warrant a successful business?)

    Monika Solution: eco friendly packaging (different options available- research on


    options and pros/cons) customizable products

    Product/Service details: different pricing models. What is the price point? Is there a
    single offering or are you planning to have different categories?

    Marketing and sales strategy: How are you planning to sell your product or service?
