About School of Pharmacy

School of Pharmacy, Sharda university was established in the year of 2016 with an insight to
promote excellence in pharmaceutical education and research. The school is committed to provide
a transformative learning experience in a collaborative and diverse environment. The school
emphasizes on pharmacy education, quality research and hi-tech laboratories to give students a
feel of practical and immersive education.
The School of Pharmacy offers D. Pharm., (60 Seats) and B. Pharm.- (100 seats). The courses are
approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi.

About conference
The aim of this conference is to bring the world-class leaders in the field of Pharmacovigilance
& Materiovigilance to connect, learn and network. The conference will bring-forth the participants
and the representatives from various fields of Materiovigilance, Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety and
Clinical studies at common platform. School of Pharmacy (SOP) will provide them an opportunity to
network with various academic, Government research institutes, Pharmaceutical industry
professionals including Pharmaceuticals, Biologics, Medical devices, Contract research organizations
and Pharmacovigilance service providers.
This conference will provide a podium for the participants to discuss, share and stay updated with
present state of affairs in pharmacovigilance, medical devices and drug safety. It will also allow
all its participants to interact with the experts, discuss the various developments, challenges faced
and innovations in the field.

Submission of Abstract
Scientific Research and Review papers on unpublished / original work are invited from delegates for
poster/oral presentation on the following subjects.

Delegates are requested to submit their abstract via e-mail to dean.sop@sharda.ac.in on or

before 10 March 2023. The abstract should not be exceeding 200 words and should be prepared in
Arial Font. Title should be in bold case (font size 14) full names of the authors followed with
their affiliation in normal font (font size 12). The presenting author name should be bold and marked
with asterisk along with affiliation and e-mail address. It is mandatory for the presenting author to be
registered for the Conference.
Guidelines for poster preparation: The poster content should be divided into following sections:
Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References.
Poster size should not exceed 80×120 cm.
Authors are instructed not to use A4 size papers for their poster presentation.

Registration fee
The registration fee covers conference attendance certificate, conference kit, abstract CD,
breakfast, lunch and Tea/Coffee.
