1. Hot oil treatments : Take any natural oil – olive, coconut, canola – and heat it up so that it is warm, but not
too hot. Massage gently into your scalp. Put on a
shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.
2. Natural juices : You can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on
overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.
3. Get a head massage : Massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good
circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a
few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base.
4. Antioxidants : Apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this
mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost
hair growth.
5. Practice meditation : Believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension.
Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.

The Surabaya Police have arrested a man, identified only as MN, for allegedly buying an infant via
Instagram.
MN was arrested at his house on Jl. Karah in Jambangan district in Surabaya, East Java, on Sunday. He
was found to have paid some RP. 3.8 million (US$250) for a baby boy when he was only three days.

Half of all heart patients made at least one medication-related mistake after leaving the hospital, and guidance from
a pharmacist didn’t seem to reduce those errors, in a new study.
Consequences of mistakes – such as forgetting to take certain drugs or taking the wrong dose – can range from side
effects like constipation to more serious drops in blood pressure. Two percent of errors were life threatening.
Hospitals involved in the study were already taking steps to prevent medication mistakes in addition to the extra
pharmacist intervention, said Dr. Sunil Kripalani, the study’s lead author from the Vanderbilt University Medical
Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
“We were surprised to see that in spite of these efforts that 50 percent (of patients) were still having these
medication errors,” he told Reuters Health. Although the pharmacist visits didn’t help the average patient, he
added, certain ones seemed to benefit – such as patients who were on multiple drugs or had trouble understanding
health information.
As for traditional lower-risk patients, he said other strategies to prevent errors may be needed.
On Wednesday, my students and I went to Yogyakarta. We stayed at Dirgahayu Hotel which is not far from
Malioboro.
On Thursday, we visited the temples in Prambanan. There are three big temples, the Brahmana, Syiwa and
Wisnu temples. They are really amazing. We visited only Brahmana and Syiwa temples, because Wisnu temple is
being renovated.
On Friday morning we went to Yogya Kraton. We spent about two hours there. We were lucky because we were
led by a smart and friendly guide. Then we continued our journey to Borobudur. We arrived there at four p.m. At 5
p.m. we heard the announcement that Borobudur gate would be closed.
In the evening we left for Jakarta by wisata bus.
