shard, you reincarnate as a Winter Season
Eladrin and may switch to the Warlock,
Hexblade or Paladin (oath of conquest) classes.

addition, the target must succeed on a DC 15
Constitution saving throw or have disadvantage
for 1 hour on ability checks or saving throws
that use Strength or Constitution.
