As for the appearance, some of the panel members thought the appearance
satisfactory. Few thought that it was neutral (neither like nor dislike) while one did
not like the appearance a little. From the results, modifications will be done to
improve the appearance of the product in the next trial so that panel members
would have a positive response to the product.

For consistency/texture, a few panel members had a neutral response to
the product’s consistency/texture while others had a positive response.
Temperature and how well the ingredients are prepared are factors that
can affect the consistency therefore, for the next trial, these factors will
be taken to account by allowing the product to cool and properly prepare
ingredients for use.
