    What do you think influence Kate’s low self-esteem?
    She hates the way she looks.

    If you are Kate’s friend, how will you help her? What does
    she need to do in order to overcome her low self-esteem?
    I think for me, if I am one of Kate's friend I will give her a
    motivation that she is unique and beautiful. And also I will
    give her a Bible verse that we are all beautiful more than
    a rubies. Also I will be a good friend for her so that she
    can't feel that she is alone.

    How important it is for Kate to overcome her low self-


    esteem?
    It makes us better able to deal with life's ups and
    downs. When our self-esteem is low, we tend to see
    ourselves and our life in a more negative and critical
    light. We also feel less able to take on the challenges
    that life throws at us.
