General:

 Purpose: Heavy duty vehicle for Industrial ( Oil and Gas company )combined with
Aircraft firefighting in remote plant.
 Environment: Tropical climate, Desert roads, dusty conditions.
 Elevating platform fire fighting truck with water tower

Chassis:

 Manufacturer: European manufacturer like Mercedes Bens.

 Model: Modern MERCEDES BENZ ACTORS 8*8
 Number of axels and gear transmission: All terrain truck, we recommend 8X8to fit
sand desert terrains.
 Engine output: we recommend above 400 HP.
 Wheel base size:
 Driver cabin: left sided driver, equipped with reversing camera, refrigerator.
 Crew cabin: Air conditioned with enough space to accommodate at least 4 seats
with 4 SCBA brackets and turnout gears.

Extinguishing Media:

 Water tank: made of polypropylene, galvanized , Stainless steel AISI 316L with
capacity 10000 L ( sheet thickness 4.0 mm bottom plate, baffles, sides and top .
 Foam tank: made of polypropylene, galvanized , Stainless steel AISI 316L with
capacity 4000 L ( foam operating system : 3% and 6% )
 Dry Powder: 250 kg container with 25 mm X 45 m Drivable self rewind or
electrically powered rewind first attack hose reel.
 CO2 : not less than 200 lb with manual or electrically powered rewind hose reel.

Extinguishing system:

 PTO: simultaneous driving and fire fighting.

 Fire Water Pump spec: made of bronze or light alloy performing and reliable the
foam production is obtained by around the pump or balanced pressure with
foam concentrate pump, foam injection system, robust and fail piston priming
pump and automatic priming system ( Rosenbauer USA or Godiva UK :
centrifugal 3 stage , output 8000 -10000 lpm at 10 to 12 bar
 Godiva WS 6010 or equivalent model from Godiva 5.5" suction NST thread, 4
deliveries 2.5" NST thread and instantaneous 2 by 2.
 Color coded inlet and outlet piping,
 Foam Proportioning system 3% & 6% (Recommended option).
 AKRON nozzels.
 MONITORS : two monitors one the front top roof of the truck and the second on
rear . aril platform the top roof of the truck . Capacity above 3000LPM at 10bar
with rotational angle 330 degree (to be controlled by remote control from
outside the driver cabin).
 Top roof turret: Joystick controlled front and rear monitor with foam branch
pipe (front).
 Hose Reel : two or one located at rear compartment 25mmdia, 30m long
Storage Cabin:

 To accommodate the following tools:

1 Rotary Portable cutter saw box
1 RTA portable cutter.
