a. Badminton is a net game played on a rectangular court where opponents volley shuttlecock
over the net. The aim of the sports is to score points by landing shuttlecock in opponent’s
court.
b. The base position in badminton is approximately the middle part of the court. This is the best
position a player can be able to go in any direction to hit the shuttle, after each hit, the
player aims to go the base.
c. Good footwork is being able to cover the entirety of the court, whether single or doubles
match is very important. Knowing how to do this efficiently can enable you to execute your
strokes or hit effectively.
