Exclusions: Price does not include local surcharges at port of discharge, Customs Clearance at
the port of discharge, demurrage or any additional surcharges.

Quality / Inspection: Seller allows 3rd party inspection and provides access for appointed by the Buyer
inspector to access the refinery premises for sampling; testing and upload
supervision


Payment: The purchase order is executed on the pre-payment basis and will be paid in full by
Bank Telegraphic Transfer to Seller’s


Logistics : Futura Asia Limited will provide, include in the offered price, the logistics in order to
transport the product form La Guaira port to PDVSA fuels collect center in Catia La
Mar. As well Futura will provide the necessary equipments to pour the fuel from
the drums to PDVSA tanks .Logistics include all the specialized personnel for the
formation, specific work wear, pumps and every think will be necessary in order to
provide en excellent service. Futura will provide this service directly or trough a
subcontract to a local company. Subject to a previous inspection of the fuel collect
center in Catia La Mar by Futura representative.


Documentation: Following documents will be dispatched with each shipment by secured courier :

a) BILL OF LADING
b) Inspection Reports issued from international third party SGS
c) Certificate of Origin issued from the origin country of the refinery (POLAND)
d) Signed Commercial Invoice.
e) Weight/packing list.
f) MSDA
g) Refinery Quality Certification of batch dispatched


Durability: Aviation gasoline should meet the above requirement within 24 months from a
date of production being subject to the proper storage.
Weight factor: 1 MT = 1388 liters of AvGas 100 LL per metric tons +/- 2%
