DEED OF PARTITION

Know all men by these presents:

This deed of partition is made an intered into by and among
HEIRS of the late Policarpo A. Baculi, married to the late Juliana M. Baculi
namely; Helario A. Baculi, Aquilina B. Telebrico, Lolita B. Roperos, Felomina B.
Abanto, both are legal ages and marriage, with postal address of Balamban, Cebu.
HEIRS of the late Gregorio A. Baculi, married to the late Carmelita G. Baculi
namely Mateo G. Baculi, single of legal aged, Filipino and resident of Banawa, Cebu
City. Heirs of the late Reymundo G. Baculi; married to Alejandra B. Baculi namely
Jerson B. Baculi, Janet B. Baculi, both are single and legal of age, Filipino and resident
of Banawa, Cebu City.
HEIRS of the late Fausta B. Baculi namely Dominga B. Ermitanio, Dioscora B.
Durano, both are marriage of legal ages, Filipino and resident of Guadalupe, Banawa,
Cebu City.
HEIRS of the late Martina B. Menoza married to the late Pedro T. Menoza,
Solidad M. Navaja, married and legal age, Filipino and resident of Bairan, Aloguinsan,
Cebu.
HEIRS of the late Alfonsa B. Artes married to the late Sotero L. Artes namely
Maximo B. Artes, single of legal age Filipino and resident of Balamban, Cebu. Heirs of
the late Avelina A. Telebrico married to Jesus Telebrico namely Michael A. Telebrico,
Jesel A. Telebrico, Aljen A. Telebrico, both are single and resident of Balamban, Cebu.
Marjore A. Tejones, married of legal age Filipino and resident of Balamban, Cebu.
HEIRS Eleuterio A. Baculi and Erlinda A. Baculi, siblings and are missing since
1943 in Mindanao.

WITNESSETH

Whereas the parties are co-owners of a parcel of land by virtue of Extrajudicial

Settlement among heirs covered by Tax Declaration No. 20-04-06526 and Tax
Declaration No. 20-04-06512 and more particularly described as follows
A parcel of lot no. 3383 with and area of 11,421 sq. meters and lot 3303 with and
area of 6,593 sq. Meters, total area is 18,014 sq. Meters located in Olango, Aloguinsan,
Cebu.
Whereas the parties decide to end their co-ownership and partition the above
describe parcel of land.
Now, therefore and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties have
agreed, as the now agree to end their ownership and partition the above described parcel
of land as follows:
