House Rules
1. Check-in Policy: The resort’s official check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room
availability and with a charge of Php600/room.

2. Check-out Policy: The official check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Extension beyond specified time until 1:00
PM will be charged PHP 500.00 per hour. Extension beyond 2:00 PM will be charged a full night charge.

3. Please check your room at all times. We are not responsible for any loss or damages.

4. Swim at your own risk. Watch your kids at all times.

5. Please throw your sanitary napkins and toilet papers in trashcans not in the toilet bowl.

6. Washing of clothes, car or any eating paraphernalia outside is strictly not allowed.
You will be charge Php500.00

7. We do not allow our guests to cook inside the room and within the resort’s vicinity. This is a strict policy
of the resort. You will be ask to leave the premises.

8. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the room .

9. Surrender the room key upon check-out.

10. Guests are obliged to pay for any lost or damaged of the following:
A. Henna’s Stain, Lost or Damage

 Bed Sheets, Pillow Cases and Blankets ------------------------------ PHP. 500.00
B. Pillow -------------------------------------------------------------------------- PHP. 400.00
C. Foam -------------------------------------------------------------------------- PHP. 3,500.00
D. Television --------------------------------------------------------------------- PHP. 15,000.00
E. Shower Heater --------------------------------------------------------------- PHP. 6,000.00
F. Air-Condition ----------------------------------------------------------------- PHP. 20,000.00
G. Room Key --------------------------------------------------------------------- PHP. 300.00
H. Remote Control (TV and Air-condition) ---------------------------------- PHP. 500.00
11. No car washing. Fine Php500.00
12.Guests are obliged to observe the provision of the house rules. In the event that a guest is in break of
these rules, the resort has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation
service before agreed period has elapsed.
NOTE: Failure to do so will be ask to leave the resort’s vicinity.

 Complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improvements are most welcomed by the
management.
 Rules and regulations might change any time.
 We will inspect rooms prior to check-out.
 Tips will be distributed to staff fairly.
 We accept laundry services. Charge of Php 80/kilo and sun dries only.
REFUNDS POLICY: STRICTLY NO REFUND UPON CHECK-IN OR RESERVATION.
