Dear Amazon Service, I hope you are very well the reason of this letter is for that
four days ago I bought a Smart TV and it came out faulty, I bought this TV in your
website and the cost was $169.99. I bought this television because I needed it to
watch movies and series during my free time.

The problem in the TV is that the power supply cable it was broken and another
problem was the screen on which a colored bars appeared and nothing on the
screen can be seen and I am very disappointed because I thought it was going to
be a good TV because many friends recommended me to buy that TV.

I need an answer to this letter because I want to return the TV and I want to repair
it as soon as possible or exchange it for another same TV or refund my money if
they cannot return my money I would like it to be repaired or exchanged for
another because I don't want to have bigger problems with this.
