INTRODUCTION Drugstore is a common American term for a type of store, centrally

featuring a pharmacy. Drugstores sell not only medicines, but also miscellaneous items such as candy, cosmetics, and magazines, as well as light refreshments. The main goal of our business is to provide prescription medications for our customers at the lowest prices on the market. We will be able to sell prescriptions at reduced prices by carefully maintaining efficiencies in our operations and by targeting a specific segment of the market - those customers who pay for their prescription medications themselves. By focusing on this segment it gives us additional efficiencies - we avoid disruptions in cash flow often associated with insurance payments and we can eliminate unnecessary services for the type of knowledgeable, repeat customer taking maintenance-type medication. We will also dispense medicines or drugs with good quality, effectively and safety and lastly to educate consumer or client with medicine or drug information counseling. The owner is always present in the morning shift. Pharmacy assistant have an 8 hours duty in a day. All the employer-employee compensation will be based on the DOLE policy. This is to assure that the employee will receive what is due as a laborer. The salary

and benefits will be given to them as well. The manager and pharmacist must work together in purchasing the medicines. This is to assure that there will be no over-stocking of orders. The pharmacist will make a report on the fast-moving medicines so that the management will take note of that drug to be in the list orders. The manager will check the customer relationship of his employee. Because our customer is the reason why we put our business. We must treat them with respect, courtesy and patience. They are the reason why we have income. All staff of the drugstore will set up promos so that there will be an easy movement of medicines and the customer will ride on the promos. Because life nowadays, money is difficult. In order for them to help , the pharmacy will make promos, and free B.P monitor so that once a customer buy medicine, offer them for B.P check-up, this is one way to show how you care your customer. Another strategy is giving them discount. Senior citizen is entitled to a 20% discount, it is in the law. The pharmacy will provide them 20% discount as long as the requirement document is complete. Not all medicines are discounted. For senior citizen, all the maintenance drugs only are discounted. For the non-senior citizen, we can give them discount depending on the company of the drugs. In the business world, there should be a give and take relationship between the consumer and producer. Its true that it will take years for you to say that your pharmacy will generate income. It will take too long for a 1box of a drugs to be sold and it is only 5-10 % mark up you are giving to each drugs. If you think your strategy needs modification, try to work it out and the owner must be open-minded to accept criticism and negative. This will help us to grow better and develop much better way to compete the business world.

CONCLUSION In a business set up, you cannot say that everyone likes everybody.

To lessen such misunderstanding, the drugstore must provide a policy or rulings to be implemented inside the working area. Open-forum is the best way. Conduct regular meetings and always open-up for any problems between the employer-employee relationships. Each of them must develop trust because half of their lives they are working with the company, they must show their dedication and loyalty. To assume the safety of the place as well as the employee inside the working area, a Closed-Circuit Televisions (CCTVs) must be available. This is helpful to monitor if everybody is working, monitor who do bad things as well as if someone tries to rob your place. An extinguisher and fire exit must be present. So that just in case of fire, safety of the people is being counted. Present of security guard is needed if there are instances of robbery. And it is needed because the establishment is open for 24 hours. Checking of belongings for the employee to be conducted before entering the premises and when leaving. This is to assume that no product is being lost. Telephone with contact numbers for financial department, police department, must be noted. Just in case there is problem, you will know whom to report it immediately when you need help. Take money is everywhere. The owner will provide a money detector machine. This is to monitor that the pharmacy or the employee is receiving true money. Every move they will do, they must consult to the owner/manager most likely when they are not present. The owner/manager is authorized to do the transactions.
