    Dear Ma’am,

    The Republic Act 9163 series of the year 2002 provides the guidelines for the
    community projects that students of NSTP-CWTS are required to undertake to finish the
    collegiate course and be integrated with the National Reserve Corps.

    Pursuant to this, the students of BSSW 1A with the collaboration of the CAST
    Labangan Extension will conduct a Seminar on Family Needs and Its Effect on Youth
    Development at Poblacion, Calintaan, Occidental Mindoro on February 10, 2022. The goal
    of this activity is to educate the youth on the importance of understanding family dynamics and
    their effect on the youth’s development and to enhance the student’s sense of willingness to
    contribute to the pursuit of the common good of the community and to enable them to
    apply their learning from NSTP-CWTS 1.

    In light of the above-mentioned activity, I respectfully request to excuse from your class
    the following list of students that will undergo the field immersion this Friday, February 10,
    2023.

    We look forward to your very kind consideration in this regard.
